Since I split my time between the US and the UK, there are a lot I miss at the moment (its 6 months of being in the US for now!)
Lets see:
Catherine Tate
Eastenders
Trinny and Susannah
X Factor
Big Brother
My Family
The Office
I can manage to get older episodes of What Not to Wear on BBC America, but the rest of the stuff I have to live without. Its hard to leave when you are just getting into a show!
Rosemary & Thyme
Keeping Up Appearances
Fawlty Towers
Posh Nosh (it's used as fillers in between programs by PBS stations here, like a DVD copy of it but it doesn't exist, if it does let me know please)
Mr Bean
The Office
Chef
Poirot
Fawlty Towers
Monty Python
Are You Being Served?
May to December
French Fields
As Time Goes By
Dr Who (Tom Baker)
Ground Force
Changing Rooms
Cash in the Attic
What Not to Wear
The only ones I have ever watched are Monty Python's Flying Circus and another show I used to LOVE in college. I think it was called The Young Ones. I thought it was hilarious at the time. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
I love the Poirot series! I also like the historical specials that come from the UK that end up on the History Channel......Kings & Queens, Battlefield Britain, A History of Britain, etc. The UK can be counted on for top-notch movie versions of classic novels and I Tivo them when they're shown here.
