And is it any good? Is it a buffet? What do they serve? I watched a recent video of Park Place Inn on YouTube today and it was briefly mentioned, but I'm a space cadet today and don't remember the name.

It's called Calaca Mama's mexican food haven't tried it, looked at the menu didn't strike me as someplace I had to try

I think I read that the current owners are new.

Technically, they are the “same” owners — the current owners took over Captain Kidd’s a few years ago and just continued to operate it as-is (they also operate the IHOP next door).

After getting money together, and probably taking advantage of COVID closures, they converted it to the restaurant they really wanted to run (passion project, so to speak).

I just checked out their menu. Looks yummy but if the quality is like Captain Kidd's then that's a hard pass from me.
