We are leaving on a 3 night on 2/26. What clothing would be appropriate to take? Khakis and the such? Shorts? Jackets at night? What about in port? Is the weather such that we can swim? Thanks.

to swim in the Bahamas and CC. At least we were able to in 2000 and several people have reported the same as I recall from past threads.

The last time we did a 3 day it was still the Magic sailing alone and dinner was still a little dressier. Sounds like that may have relaxed a bit since then but still slacks are preferred in the dining rooms.

We did take jackets, and even in the summer when we've sailed sweaters were welcome in the diningrooms (air!) so I'd toss a lightweight something in.

Otherwise just regular vacation wear should do ya fine!

Enjoy!

Hello Mobile, I'm from across the state in the Wiregrass area. We've done two Disney cruises. In March, the weather was actually much warmer than I expected. I thought it might be cool at night but it wasn't at all. It was certainly warm enough to swim in the pools but our family thought it was a little too cool to swim at Castaway Cay. However, we had a great time at the beach that day. I've seen many different types of dress on both cruises. I would say "resort wear" seems to be the most popular. Have a great time!
