What to take in your bag to the park?

Hi I was looking for a thread I saw on here awhile ago and I can,t find it.

Could you expert disney travelers please post what you take to the parks with you in the summer I dont want to be bogged down with too much but I do want to be prepared. We are going in July and it will be hot.

1) get a stroller with a bag holder. That way you can leave it in random stroller parking places and only carry valuables with you. I think I will miss when my daughter gets too big as I do not know what I would do without the stroller parking.

Sunscreen, if you do not go back to your room during the day. 1 time a day isn't enough. If you have a nap/trip back to room planned no biggy.
Goldfish, or a different non-candy non-melty snack.
My resort mug (which I came in with filled with coffee I rinse it out) to fill with water at water fountains. Also all table service resturaunts, or QS I get ice before I leave, to fill with for the next hour or 2 with ice too!
Autograph book and pen/ pin necklace.
Bathing suit/towel for DD (if at MK, Epcot, or DT Dis for water areas).
Rain ponchos if it is going to rain.
I carry around my neck one of those water proof beack containers with my tickets/FP and a list of ADRs/plans for the day.

I have a few individual size items...advil, wipes, a tiny hand sanitizer, a few bandaids, sun glasses, money, my cell phone and my ticket. Honestly, that's about it. Sometimes a camera, but my phone takes pretty good pictures, so that usually is good enough. So glad I'm not carrying stuff for 3 kids anymore!

I dont have a stroller anymore so our bag shrunk. I dont want it too big or heavy.

wallet
tickets
sunscreen
mini water bottle
tic tacs
chap stick
travel Advil & benadryl
a sm stick of body glide
band aides
sugar-free cool aide singles
tissues
hand wipes
pen
cell phone

all great suggestions keep them comming I love all the great ideas and I am sure some of this advise will save me from forgetting something.

could someone tell me about bodyglide I have seen it talked about alot but I dont know where to buy it or find it in stores what does it look like I could sure use it and I am thinking it would be great at the beach as well.

Both dh and I wear bags so they are not to heavy or full. Here are some of the items we put in ours....

lotion
billfold/wallet
the days agenda with any ADR's confirmation numbers
body glide
bandaids, molelskin
pen
sunglasses
sunscreen
small camping towel
advil, tylenol, allergy
pancho
When I list these items they are the small travel size. Enjoy
