We are going to the Swan at the end of this month - it has been several years since we have stayed at either the Swan or Dolphin. From what I understand, you can go to the swandolphin.com web site and they have a section marked 'special room requests'. I haven't submitted anything, so I'm not sure how well it works, but others have said to fill that in about a week before you go....anybody know for sure?
We made a few room requests with dreamsunlimited.com who we booked it through and I have followed up on the phone with the Swan directly to double check they have them in their system. So far so good. I hope it works out okay!
If anybody else has other info, I would be interested to know as well!!!
