Just book a last minute cruise that leaves in about 2 weeks. Will it be warm enough for shorts? Never cruised in "winter" months. We will do one day at the parks before the cruise. I am thinking we will need pants for nighttime in the park? TIA (never done anything so last minute before).

So far the forecast for our trip shows 77 as a high in Orlando. Just under 60 for nighttime.

When going in late fall and winter we bring layers and options for fl. We've had literally freezing temperatures, though that's not the norm.

As for the cruise, it's the tropics. Their fall/winter isn't normally like ours. :)

Our forecast in San Juan is in the 80s.

My cousins did experience a chilly day on castaway in feb 2012, but then it was very very cold in Florida, too, at that time. (We were there while they cruised and met them on disembarkation day and we were soooo cold)

Thanks! That is what I was thinking but never did anything last minute before so I am in a rush.

Just returned Sunday from a cruise. Nearly every evening, shorts were fine. There were a few windy and cooler late nights on deck where a long-sleeved shirt or light jacket would be helpful.

Thanks for the info! I will keep checking the weather. I probably only going to pack 1 or 2 pairs of jeans for pre cruise park night and for the way home.
