What to get my mother for Christmas ???

Someone help ! I want to get my mom something different this Christmas, but for the life of me I can't come up with something unique ! she's the type who will buy herself whatever she needs, then nobody knows what to get her ! any ideas ???

probably not what you are looking for but it sounds like the best gift for her would be an american express gift card...I believe you can use those pretty much anywhere..then she will get exactly what she wants...probably not much help...

My mom is the best to shop for. She buys it, tells me what I owe her, I go drop off the money and pick up the gift, take it home and wrap it, and give it to her on Christmas.

It works best for all involved.

We gave Mom a "flowers for a year" gift. We did not sign up somewhere - we went to different local florists and bought her a centerpiece or bouquet every 6-8 weeks or so. She loved it!

A day at the spa is always nice, and not usually something a woman buys for herself. And you can never go wrong with something sparkly!

I am getting my Mom a Sirius radio system for her home. She loves to listen to the radio at night and her favorite station in Nashville - WSM - comes in sometimes on her radio at home. WSM is on Sirius so she will finally be able to get a CLEAR signal even during the day. I also found a great Grand Ole Opry Gospel CD at Cracker Barrel for her too.

I don't know if your mom lives near you or not. One year I gave my dad a CEIVA digital photo frame. I would upload pics on the Internet and the Ceiva would download them every night at midnight.

It was quite a conversation piece in his office, and he enjoyed looking at the different pics of my kids and whatever I decided to send him.

That way there is a little bit of everything all thrown in there!

I am a mom who buys everything I want, too. But my grown child knows there are a few things I always welcome. One is a sampler candle box from any local candle store. She picks out all the scents and I love it. I also love "Totes" socks. I wear them all the time. I especially love Disney themed ones . And finally, a gift certificate for a pedicure or spa service is always great. It makes me feel special. Good luck, but I am sure she will love whatever you get her.
