I'm troubled as to what I'll feed my kids on the plane ride which is during their lunch time. My oldest NEEDS to eat protein regularly or else he gets neuroglycopenia (brain low blood sugar) issues.
He'll usually do things like yogurt, cheese, hard boiled eggs, etc...but those all need refrigeration. Besides something like PB (or other nuts/nut butters) what can I bring for him to have on the plane???
I can't bring ice packs on the plane, right?
