I have booked the following fast passes after some research....should I keep them or change them?

Sunday Aug 3 - TSMM 4:50-5:40pm
Voyage of Little Mermaid 5:50-6:05 pm
ToT 6:55-7:55 pm
With the idea we will go left when we enter HS and hopefully be around to that side of the park for our fast passes.

Monday Aug 4 - Turtle Talk with Crush 9:55-10:55 am
Mission Space 11:40-12:40pm
Test Track 12:45-1:45 pm
We have never been to Epcot so no real reason behind these....

Tuesday Aug 5 - Kali River Rapids 12-1pm
Expedition Everest 1:30-2:30 pm
Dinosaur 3:10-4:10 pm

Thursday Aug 7 - Spaceship Earth 10:55-11:55 am
The Seas with Nemo 12:30-1:30 pm
Soaring 1:40-2:40pm
Once again first time here so thought we needed 2 days?

Friday Aug 8 - Enchanted Tales with Belle 9:20-10:20 am
BTMR - 11:10-12:10 pm
Splash Mountain 1:50-2:50 pm
Figured we would head to the back of MK and work our way forward and around.

Have I allowed enough time or to much? It is my husband, myself, and our twin 9 yr olds. We r so excited but I want to make sure we use our time wisely. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!:woohoo::goodvibes

so you have 5 days of which you have allotted 2 for Epcot and one for each of the other parks? MK has so much to do I would give it 2 days and Epcot just one.

edited to add - have you read Mesaboys FP+ information thread? Tons of info on there!!

Thanks for the referral. Green link in my signature below.

Voyage of the little mermaid was a waste of a fp for us. There was no line at all. Same thing with spaceship earth. For reference, we were there the Saturday after Easter.

I would also skip two days at Epcot and for two days at Magic Kingdom. There is so much more to do with 9 yr olds at MK than Epcot. Good luck planning! You will have a blast :)

Voyage of Little Mermaid fast pass is a waste. You end up side by side with the people who waited in the stand by and won't get better seats.

FP for The Seas With Memo and for Turtle Talk are a waste of FP's. They will not be needed for those attractions. Maelstrom and Sorin would be better uses for those FP's. Same for Spaceship Earth because it is a continuous loading attraction. As far as using two days for EPCOT over MK I would agree with everyone else. EPCOT does take time to see, but if you don't have a second day for MK then I would definitely scrap the 2nd day at EPCOT for MK.

Two days at EP is more needed for my family than 2 days at MK - so it depends on your family. And yes, I've been with kids that age. Even when we had a 3 year old, we found that was the case. I realize many would disagree with me, but plan it for what you think your family needs. We can hit our top choices in MK easily in a day, but we can't hit everything we want to in EP in a day. (We started going to Disney with the kids when the eldest was 3. He's 11 now. He was 9 on our last trip and we had 3 days at Epcot and could have spent more! Check out the Perry communicator game thing there - I can't remember the name of it now, but it used to be Kim Possible and switched to Perry from Phineas and Ferb. That was a great way for him to explore the World Showcase and 9 was a perfect age for it).

I agree that I'd use one of the Epcot FP for Maelstrom. We did get one for Turtle Talk and one for Spaceship Earth just because we had to pick three. I don't think those two are necessities, but there aren't a lot of necessities in EP for fastpass and you have the necessity ones already listed.

I have to disagree completely with those that say limit Epcot to one day and that there is more to do at MK. Nothing could be further from the truth unless you are only limiting your experience to rides (which would be a darn shame!).

Epcot has been my son's favorite park since he was three! Both Future World and World Showcase have seemingly endless possibilities, with things that appeal to kids of all ages. There is SO MUCH to do there that we find new ways to enjoy it every year and at every age.

Please do yourself a favor and spend two days there. Even then, you'll only be scratching the surface, but you'll find so many non-ride things that will spark your kids' imagination and interests. It's well worth it!

Most 9yos are interested in rides. In that respect, I would also recommend two days at MK vice Epcot. Reasonable people can disagree. :goodvibes
