What to do?

I've always wanted to work at Disney but one of my friend's parents told me that all the girls that were characters there were petite and really skinny. That kind of hurt because im not fat but im not skinny, I really don't want to work there anymore now if I'm going to be made fun of. What should i do?

I see you have only registered at the DIS today. What luck that you have already found WISH, I'm so very glad.

I certainly hope no one would make fun of you. How hurtful that would be. I think I would look on the bright side and assume that the employees at WDW are kind not cruel. I would take the attitude that no one at WDW would make fun of me. If it happened to me it would really upset me.
Are you planning to try to become petite, actually that has more to do with your bone structure and height than your weight, I think.

Will you be joining my support group? Please say yes WISH=We're Inspired to Stay Healthy, you don't need to lose weight to join our support group. You just need to want to be healthy

I think you should go for it anyway. You don't have to be a princess - Disney is looking for characters that fit all shapes and sizes.
