What to do??

My daughter and I are going to WDW in August...she is 19. We usually visit 2-3 times a year with the whole family along..but this time they all want to stay home (??) so it is just us!!

Not sure whether to stay 7 or 10 days and should we rent a car? In looking at car rental rates opposed to taxi or shuttle it seems pricey but we do like to visit the Florida Mall sometimes. Anyone ever cabbed it to the mall?

We get a cab to the Florida Mall and to the Premium Outlet Centre and both are reasonable - but can't remember how much but it must be OK otherwise we wouldn't do it.

If you both really like Disney then go for the 10 day option I would - but then perhaps you could rent a car and see more of Orlando and the surrounding area, perhaps go and have a look at Celebration or drive over to Winter Park very pretty there.

And dare I say it go to another "off-site" park - having the car will certainly make it easier.
