What to do...?

I phoned Eurostar earlier in the week and they are selling up until 9th November. We are hoping to go any time after the 10th on a Monday returning Wednesday. So my question is do I book Eurostar next week and then we are stuck with specific dates or do I wait for hotels and hope we can still get good priced Eurostar tickets?

Don't know what to do

I know exactly what you mean. We're going on the 20th November, and I really want to get a good price for the Eurostar (there are 6 of us going), but once I've booked I'm stuck with those dates, and what happens if they suddenly offer 2 nights free (I know it's not likely, but I can hope :) ), or the hotel has a much better price if I leave a day later.
Not much help I'm afraid, but I wanted you to know that i 'feel your pain'.

It's really difficult to know what to do for the best. I kind of think if I book and hotel deals are rubbish well we will just book offsite and I will get an ap, but I really wanted to stay on site for Christmas.

Glad I'm not the only one. :)

I think cost wise, it's probably best to book Eurostar first - the price always seems to go up for Eurostar.

You could always stay in an offsite hotel cheaply if a really great deal came along a day or so outside your travel dates.

We've only ever gone by Eurostar in the school holidays and it then pays to book as soon as dates are released as prices only increase - but I'm wondering how quickly prices rise in term time? Looking at Mondays and Wednesdays in the few weeks beforehand (excluding half-term week) might give you a good indication.

Thanks for your help. I was wondering if they would really rise that quickly as its not during any holidays?

I'm now wondering if I'm better staying off site anyway as I'm planning to go again next year so maybe getting an annual pass might be better?

It's so confusing knowing what to do for the best as I really wanted to stay at HNY.

We have Dream APs and just got a good RO (AP) rate at the HNY for our trip in June.

If you really want to stay at the HNY and it is within budget then don't think you need to stay offsite just because you have APs :) The AP rates at the moment seem to be coming in at good prices (first time in ages from what I can gather!) :goodvibes.

whats the best website to buy the annual passes from?? or do you buy on site??

Am I understanding correctly that Eurostar does not travel to DLP every day? We are just starting our planning for a trip next January. We have air fare and hotels booked for London and Paris. We are now trying to plan DLP. We will be taking the Eurostar from London to DLP. I know we can't call until March for the January schedule though. We are just speculating at this point. We were hoping to transfer to DLP from London on a Saturday or Sunday.
