What To Do?

OK HE IS A HARD QUESTION. WHAT IS A GOOD WAY TO GO TO BED? I USE TO JUST CLOSE MY EYES AND THINK ABOUT WHAT I AM GOING TO DO THE NEXT DAY. BUT LATLEY ITS REALLY NOT WORKING SO GOOD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
 
umm..what i do is think about things that are going to happen..like when school starts or youth group. Or listen to music.
 
I would just watch TV until you are really tired. Then just close your eyes and then you will prob go to bed. It works for me.
 

Lay in bed and close your eyes and think of something incredibly boring...or listen to really boring music...or just imagine that you're listening to really boring music.:p
 
i start off my brain with something i day dream about, like a guy or working in WDW or a guy ;) lol and then close my eyes nad let my imagination take over.
if i really cant fall asleep i listen to quiet music, and that always works.
if you have a tv in your room - when im tired i usually fall asleep in front of the tv (but i dont have a tv in my room, so i have to wake up, go into my room, and try to fall asleep again :rolleyes: )
 
I read untill my eyes get blurry and all crossed eyed, and then i turn the radio on low and i just SLEEP lol

Or if i talked to my boy on the phone i will think about him and hopefully fall asleep and dream about him and me... LOL
 
I always start off thinking about something really important (aka a guy) but that just keeps me up longer, so i have to just empty my head and think about nothing.
