Our flight will land at MCO about 11 am. Will have a grocery stop via SunRay Transportation prior to arriving at BCV. Assumming we're unable to check in at noon, will the resort allow us to store our groceries/luggage somewhere? :3dglasses

The resorts do have cold storage for groceries, yes.

Bell services will keep them.

That's why I don't understand the big debate about grocery service. The services will deliver to bell services. All the cold food is kept cold. All I can figure out is they don't want to pay bell services the couple of dollars to deliver.

Bell hop will be more than happy to store your food. If you have any that need to be kept in a freezer or refrigerator make sure you piont those out to bell hop. Even though they most likely will know what needs to be kept frozen and refrigerated, we usually keep ours in separate bags and point it out to them. One time we just said we have groceries and handed the groceries to them. 6 hours later nothing was refrigerated.
