What to do while others on Test Track?

My husband and son will be riding Test Track, but my younger one is too small to ride. What can I do with him while we wait? I already booked FP+ for Test Track, so hopefully we won't be waiting too long

My wife waited 30 minutes with DD while I and my mom rode. We were going to do a rider swap pSs, but because it took so long, even with FP+ we ended up heading to our next FP right after. It takes longer now with the design a car part in the line.

You could take the Lil one to the Character Meet/Greet.

There is that little cooling station/car wash thing just outside TT. Might be fun for the little one. Also you can go in through the gift shop and check out the cars on display.

If you go to the end they have some games as well as the cars on display, otherwise Mission Space is just next door and if you go through the giftshop to the end of the ride they have an indoor playground.

I would definitely just head back through the gift shop and check out all the neat stuff at the end of the ride. Then he feels like he's doing the "car stuff" too. You can help him design a car just like his brother and dad will be doing as part of the ride--they have the same kiosks there as in the ride line. There's other little car games and also many cars on display.

Would the little one be ok in Ellen's? You could start there and they could head off to TT. You might get done around the same time. It's a great ride for a little one to take a nap (or a big person to take a nap!).

Another vote for going to the exit/gift shop areas at either Test Track or Mission: Space. Alternatively, you could go to the nearby Mouse Gear gift shop to browse (near/adjacent to Innoventions).

Yes^^the answer above me! My son who has ASD won't ride Test Track but we had soooo much fun looking at the cars and everything at the exit while we were waiting for my husband and daughters to come out. Then when he did come out he gave our son his little "key" to make his own futuristic car. Loved it.
