Dec. 1 we had a reservation for the Disney World Main Street Barbershop for my son's first haircut. After the experience (which was just OK - a little rushed and not too organized), they said for us to give them our address and they will mail the hat. Well, we haven't received it yet and now I have been looking online and it looks like people get the hat right away usually (and get comments from CMs). If they were out of them why couldn't they just give us a voucher to go over to the hat store to have one stitched for us. But that isn't my question -- has anyone else had this type of experience with the hat being mailed? Any suggestions? I'm thinking of just calling the place we made the reservation with.

He didn't move once the entire time and all the staff in the shop commented on how they hadn't had a baby sit so still like him in quite some time. So it wasn't because he was moving. When we got home we fixed it up no problem though.
My kids only wore them for a photo, after that they became my keepsakes.
