What to do on my last full day in WDW?

Today is my last full day in WDW, what should I hit today before I leave tomorrow? Is there something closing that won't be here any longer, or something that is only here this time of year?

I did see the Osborne lights, and Captain EO... I have not been to the Star Wars launch bay.... Yet

The Jingle Cruise kinda fun and just for xmas. Phineas and Ferb and the Cars are rumored to be leaving soon. Soarin' will be closed for its big refurb soon.

I thought they were cooler at DCA - they actually drove around and honked and stuff. The ones at HS mostly just sit there. I think they can make noises and maybe their eyes move...but it's definitely not Cars Land.

Toy Story is exactly the same...you can get FP for it at HS, though, so the line is always crazy (even with FP it has more of a wait then most rides).

Cool guys.... I am off to Epcot now.... So I am finished with AK, HS, and about to finish with EPCoT for this trip... I hope all my Star Wars launch bay pics came out ok.... I'll find out on the laptop tonight!
