What to do on a Thursday night

Headed to CR for a stay and have all my ADR's done and some stuff to do on most nights but need some help for thursday night.

We have an ADR at Whispering Canyon at 5:15 that night but I need some help on some ideas. It will be my wife, my daughter 4 and my son 2 as well as me. I have bibbidi booked in MK for 3:30 on Friday for my DD and the barber shop for my son same time. They are going to 1900 park fare with Nonna and Popop right after that. On Sat night we are doing the Pirates and Pals cruise and fireworks thing. And on Sunday evening we are eating at Sanaa.

Any ideas, things to do at Contemporary (I know the Arcade and we may wind up doing that) but would like some help. Thanks.

Mini golf? We got some free vouchers for it in the mail the other day, along with arcade vouchers. We are also getting in on a Thursday so I was thinking of doing that and then just being lazy by the pool...and perhaps having some drinks at the poolside bar...

There's also shopping and whatnot at Downtown Disney, and water parks too.

You could walk around WL, go outside and see the geyser and grounds. Back at CR they have the water parade and also outdoor movies at night.

If it's still light out...you may want to take boat to Fort Wilderness (there's one in back of WL) There's a play area (monkey bars, etc) that DS enjoyed when he was younger...or there may be other activities there...I think they have camp fires and stuff like that.
