My husband and I are headed to Disney s HHI resort this Thursday. :yay: We are staying until the following Tuesday. I have been watching the weather and it looks to be rather chilly in the beginning (40-50 degrees) maybe warming up to 60 by Monday. Looking for any suggestions on things we could do. Would love to bike on the beach so hoping for a nice day to do that. We usually go the end of May ( and we will again this year) never really have been in February.

Any suggestions would be welcomed! :thanks:

We just got back Sat. The wind is cold if it is blowing.
There is a fair amount to do at the resort....camp fires, storytelling, naturalist talks.
We walked a lot around the marina and to the Beach House.
We went to the Coastal Museum and the outlet mall.
Stayed in a lot a relaxed and watched movies.
The pool is open.
There is a lot of refurbs going on so a lot of the pathways were closed within the resort.

It was fun and a different kind of vacation for us.

Hot tub...all day.

It's been kinda cool down here the last few weeks. This week the low every night is in the 30s and the highs aren't out of the 50s much.

If you golf, wear a poncho and go. I know my Dad would be out there every day.

Dress warm and go walk on Pinckney Island and walk around. Even if it is a soft rain, you'll enjoy it. NO bugs!

If nothing else, go up to Big Murgy's and listen to the music. They play some classic stuff.

Aww....too bad. We could have gotten together and did some things. We stayed for a week and learned our way around pretty well.

We always like to go to Savannah for a day and eat lunch. There are plenty of shopping and dining opportunities on the island. They also have the world's hardest miniature golf courses.
