What to do for a special night out with DS?

I'll be taking my DS to Disney in late September/early October this year...just the two of us. I'd like to plan one special evening but can't decide on what to do. We did just see Cirque last year, but it's the only one of the choices we've done together before. I wouldn't be against seeing it again (loved it) but should I choose something 'new' instead?

DS will be a mature 12 1/2 when we go. He's not into sports, is very laid back, enjoys shows and restaurants, and usually will choose more 'adult' activities over children's activities. He also loves any opportunity to stay up late, lol.

The poll choices are things I was considering, but any other suggestions would be appreciated. TIA

I voted Party for the Senses. My son was always mature for his age & he enjoyed nice restaurants & shows also.
Since you've already done Cirque, PftS looked like the best choice. My DS is 16 yo now & would LOVE to go to that. I can guarantee that would be his choice.

I voted Hoop De Doo too. I think it sounds like a fun time for the 2 of you. I wouldn't do Cirque again if you did that last year.

I voted for other and Pleasure Island. I think He'd really love the Comedy Warehouse.

We were at WDW for my DS 13th birthday. We did the MK Fireworks birthday cruise. He really liked it and was very surprised. I think the Wishes cruise would be a good idea.

1 from WL to see Wishes, 1 from BC to see Illuminations - thank you DISers
