What to do First

My Family arrives at CSR on December 13th around 2PM.
I've noticed MK is open late that evening and I'm not sure
if we should go to MK which might be very busy that night
or go EPCOT the first night and spend all day Sunday at
MK????

Saturdays tend to be very busy at the MK, regardless of the time of year. I would go to EPCOT on arrival day and be at the MK for opening on Sunday.

Just personal opinion here...
I always make it a point to visit MK first and last of each trip. Something about Main Street USA, the castle, etc. just means WDW to me! I'm crazy enough that on the last day of our last trip, we walked up Main Street, bought ice cream, walked back down Main Street & left the park!
