What to do Dec '06 Jan 07'?

I am finally able to take a Vacation at Chritmas this year and of course we are going to Disney World. We plan on staying at VWL which is my home resort Dec 23 through Jan 6 but I'm afraid that if I wait until Feb 6 to start booking I won't get every date. But I really can't call everyday at 9 because I'm at work. Will it be a real problem to get VWL if I wait until the 6th to book my vacation? Then the kicker is I really want to stay at OKW I love it there but I know if I wait until the 7 month window I won't get anything. I'm stressed already! LOL
