I noticed that for my dates in November that Disney is running a Dream Maker package 5 plus 2. For a person that just wants to go cheapest possible is this worth it or should I hold out and see if they do the normal $49. rate for Value Resorts?

I would hold out. Even if you have to buy 1 annual pass to get a discount, if no codes are available, it would still be cheaper then the dream maker package. If cheap is what you want, then you don't want to be paying for park passes if you are not going to be in all the parks from the minute you check in to the night of check out and in between! It depends on how you plan on vacationing. For us we go to the parks at our leisure, take our time and spend a few days not in the parks just enjoying the resort.

I know it's hard to wait but it should be well worth it. Also, last year they offered a similar package in Nov. By Aug. you should have a few options. I'd wait till then.

Depends on how often you are planning on doing the parks. You are paying for your check-in day right up to your check-out day. Many don't go to the park on the last day. Also, in Nov it can get chilly for the water parks, but you're paying for them!! I would also wait for the AP rates to come out. Then you can buy just one of them and get park hopper passes for everyone else. These passes might serve you better, and they never expire.
