Hi all just looking for some tips really, we are going to WDW on our own for the first time we have only been as part of my large family before. So what are the tips for going on rides etc my children are 11,8,4, and 1 so I know there will be rides only the eldest two can go on etc. but how can we sort going on rides if we all want to go on? Do we line up together then one ride and pass the babies to the other as they exit? Always had a pram sitter before! ;)

They do a baby swap thing which you ask as you enter the normal line, they give you like a fastpass and then once one has been on the ride you swap and then go back on using fast pass queue

We did this last year and worked really well

Always ask as you enter the ride how the baby swap works. Most give you a rider switch pass which means the other person can go off with the small child and do something and the return with up to 3 people and enter through the FP line to ride.

Some rides do get you all to line up then they have a waiting area of the non-riders and you do the switch at the ride exit. Space Mountain have this set up and we do not use it as DD wants to ride and it tends to end up in a meltdown so we just use FP here.

Oh that sounds great! I know my 4 year old will have a meltdown queuing and not be able to get on! :thumbsup2
