What to do @ 10 p.m. waiting for DAS registration.

Does anyone know whether I should just close my DAS chat window @ 10 pm eastern, or continue waiting?

I’ve been waiting since 8:30 this AM, got a cm who reviewed the info I provided, then told me to keep waiting & stay close to my browser…. Well I’ve got a little less than 2 hours before they “close” @ 10 pm ET. But after waiting ALL day, I don‘t wanna give up prematurely.

So I wondered if anyone knows what happens at the magical time of 10 pm .

Well I know it’s after 10pm now so maybe you closed up for the night. I’m wondering if you ever refreshed your connection all day? Folks often report it “drops” after a couple of hours but is still a live connection when they refresh. It definitely seems as though something happened.

I had to refresh/re-sign in every half hour all day long. Then I got booted @ 10 p.m. Eastern. Really annoying. I was on from shortly before 8:30 a.m. Today was literally the first day I’ve been able to stay on for more than a couple hours in a row, but I never expected to be on for more than 10.5 hrs. And worst of all, I never got to the video chat, so I still have to get up early and start again.

So sorry! I haven’t heard reports of that long a wait since last winter. Ugh!

Could the issue be with the hurricane? I emailed a car service in Orlando a few days ago and haven't heard back. I'm assuming hurricane issues. Of course many chat CM aren't anywhere near Fla.
