What to bring....

We will be travelling to SSR on our first DVC trip. What kinds of things should I expect to bring? We probably will just be having breakfast and snacks in the 1 bedroom. What kinds of things (outside of food) will I need?

Salt/Pepper
Sugar
Condiments

other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

You will have a washer and dryer. You might want to think about dryer sheets. They are easy to pack and handy when you just want to dry a couple things. Detergent is a little harder to pack and easy to pick up and very handy to have, depending on how long you will be there. I'm sure other's have more suggestions. Have a great time!

We just got back from BWV studio.

I would bring softsoap in a dispenser. We bring our own roll of paper towels. I like bounty better than what they provide. We always bring/buy too much food there, so I would trim your list down by at least 1/3. We did mostly breakfast. That worked good. Hope that helps.

We've usually found salt, pepper and sugar in the room. Bring condiments, and I agree, less food than you think you'll need!

I usually bring laundry detergent and dryer sheets, and air freshener.

We will bring dish soap as we eat almost all our meals in the room and don't like the job that dishwashers do so we wash the dishes ourselves. We also bring laundry soap or we will buy it we tried trimming our food supply by half and found we ran out of the important things half way through the trip LOL. Make sure you buy beer for in the room we also use our own kleenexes as the ones there seem to be far to thin. Shampoo and conditioner is a must but I am sure you know this allready.

I take extension cords with multi plugs as we trave with enough electronics to opena mobil Best Buy and it all has charges that need plugging in, phones, digital cameras, computer, etc.

I also take a water filter for the kitchen sink since the water tastes like a swamp but it didn't fit at SSR and I didn't have an adapter all the more reason to have beer

I agree ZURG we even bring our electric cooler so I can have cold beer in my bedroom beside my bed or while in the whildpool tub nothing beats a nice cold beer while sitting in bed watching TV or in teh whirldpool listening to the radio.
