hi all i hope this is not a silly question -- but i will be going to disney in dec -- and my question is what do u bring into the parks with you?? we will have a small umbrella sroller with a basket underneath but what else -- like a backpack -- with what in it?? please help -- lol -- thanks

i know the obvious -- money, tickets, camera -- what else?? thanks a mililion!!

Well, in addition to what you mentioned, we took hand sanitizer, tissues, small snacks, autograph book and pen, cell phones (if you may separate during park time), lip balm, bottled water, and the mini-m&m's containers stacked full with quarters and pennies for the penny press machines. My husband and I took turns with a "large-ish" waist pack and my kids each had a small pack.

My advice would be a pack back - but make sure the straps are padded - dont' be tempted to take a cheap one.
You walk everywhere and they soon become heavy adn can dig into your shoulders.
Back Packs are good, because on some rides you can swing them round onto your front and ride that way - rather than having to find someone to hold it - who's not riding or have it at your feet with your foot through the strap.

In our pack we usually have, camera, wet wipes(great invention!) water bottle, autograph book and big pen (characters like a big pen to hold and that they can see) mini fan (if hot) small snack for DD aged 4 and PLASTERS - for any sore feet or blisters.

Hope this helps

I bring a bag or backpack that can easily be hung on the stroller. Inside I have:

food/drink - waters; snacks, like a can of pringles or packaged crackers

sunglasses for the family

***The above serve their obvious purpose, but also pass the time in lines. What I mean is, you can not imagine how much time can pass as 2 young dd's pose with their sunglasses, then switch, then put them on upside down; you get the idea. Likewise, a can of pringles being passed around will get you from the end of a line all the way up to the front. We still all get Mickey bars or popcorn, but having them in a bag at the ready is so helpful.

I also always have a mini-first-aid/medicine kit with me. I have regular ibuprofin, kids tylenol (for us, both liquid and chewables), band-aids, anti-bacterial gel, antacid, lip balm and sunscreen (the spray kind). These are all compact sized, so it is less cumbersome than it may sound.

Lastly, I usually have smaller bag, that can go inside the large bag with my valuables (money, room key/card, camera). This way, I can just grab that out when going on rides.

Hope this helps...sorry its so long... :Pinkbounc  :Pinkbounc

Everything that the PPs said along with extra change of clothes for when the kids get wet from playing in fountains and such. Also, I love those disposable placemats for the kids-good for the dinning table and to line the changing table!
:thumbsup2

Just wanted to tell you about this neat backpack that I got from www.eddiebauer.com. It is a shoulder sling, & it is pretty compact. It was large enough to carry: Purell, hand lotion, lipstick, wet ones, camera, blister bandaids, diapers, cell phone, snacks, & sunglasses. There was also alittle zipper pocket, that was across your chest & I kept our park passes in there.
