what to book first at 180 days

So we have finally locked down or dining!! yay! our 180 days is May 30th.

Im wondering which of our reservations will be the hardest to get. in what order should I book?

here are our choices.

Tusker House pre park breakfast
Crystal palace dinner
T-rex
Mama Melrose Fantasmic (hoping for the last 5 o'clock ressie, if we can't get that we will do normal dinner)
Olivias
San Angel Inn

The other three shouldn't be difficult to get.

Save Olivia's and T+REX for last, Olivia's always seems to have availability and Trex if there are no reservations available call them directly because they don't release all their reservations to Disney

The only 2 that I have ever had a hard time getting were be our guest and ohana.

Of those I looked at for our upcoming trip I would say
1 crystal palace
2 mama Melrose package
3 tusker house

Tusker house had pre opening breakfasts up until about 45 days out for our trip most days. Crystal palace was booked up except weird time lots pretty far out before that.
