What time would you make ADR for 6:45 CCP?

If you are doing the dining package and planning on attending the 6:45 CP, what time would you make your ADR in order to eat and have plenty of time to get in the line to wait to get in? May choose Garden Grill so keep in mind a character meal may take longer.... Also thinking about San Angel Inn?
