what time will ME pick us up at hotel?

Our flight leaves at 735 pm. What time should we plan on MExpress picking us up at hotel and bringing us to airport?

ME picks you up 3hrs before your flight. Pick up would be around 4:35 pm

You'll receive a notice the day before that will give you a pick up time. The PP is correct that your time will be approximately 4:35. You will want to be there about 15 minutes prior, however.

and after we land in MCO, how long does it take us to get to the hotel?

Average time, from gate to resort, is about 70 mins. You should be able to be pretty sure that you will be at your resort within no more than 90 mins after landing.
