What time will fast pass + reservation open

I am almost to my date to make reservations on fast pass +. I am wondering what time the window opens. If my date is December 15th, will the window open at midnight on the 15th Eastern time? I'm on pacific time, so would that be 9:00?

I just want to jump in and get my reservations made.

It'll be 9:00 pm December 14th.

Yep 9 pm Pacific time, occasionally not until 10 pm. So nice to not have a 3 am wake up like for ADRs.
