What time to theme park restaurants open Easter week?

I searched the forum, but didn't find anything related to this question. We are going Easter week in 2012, and we like to eat early morning character meals inside the theme parks and usually go for a reservation that is about an hour before park opening. Is the earliest reservation avaliable still 8:05? Or is it earlier because the theme parks open earlier?

They do not open earlier when the parks open earlier during holiday times.
