What Time To Make Cape May ADR?

We will be going to Cape May on our DHS day. We want to get back in time for Fantasmic so what time would be best to make our ADR 6:00pm or 6:30Pm?

If you are trying to get somewhere else at a certain time, earlier is better so go fo 6pm. You never know what can happen to delay you

Based on your ticker, it looks like Fantasmic! is at 9 (with an 8:30 park closing). I would want to be back in the park about an hour before the show, figure an hour to get to and from YC/BC (if you factor in taking the boat and just missing it both ways... if you want to walk it figure 40 minutes travel time), an hour to eat, 15 minute wait after your ADR time... I personally wouldn't make it for any later than 5:45 or 6 the latest. But that's just me, I'd rather be done early and not feel rushed then to cut it too close.

If the park closes at 8:30, I'd say 5:45 at the latest..

Earlier is better so you are not stressed or checking your watch throughout dinner.

Once the park closes at 8:30 you will not be able to re-enter even if Fantasmic is not until 9:00.

Dinner will take about 60 minutes, but it is a buffet so you can pace it yourself. Allow 45 minutes to either take the Friendship Boat or walk back to DHS. This gives you a buffer of 45 minutes just in case Cape May is running behind and you are seated late or you take longer to eat.
