What time to get there for 7 am early entry ?

Your room key will be your golden ticket to shorter wait lines for most rides
Use the express ride lines as much as possible

You might not have a room that early but can have valet hold your luggage.

If you want to be there for 7am start, I would aim to be heading towards the turnstiles by 6:45. You're a hardier soul than me- that's too early! But, you will accomplish so much! Have fun!

What time to get there for early entry at IOA for Hagrid's? I would guess 6:30 if you can manage. If you mean checking into the resort first, there shouldn't be much of a line to checkin that early.

But be aware, you’ll spend a few minutes getting your tickets and room key/express passes. 15-30 minutes for that

If it's Islands, there will be more people there earlier than if it was Studios, due to Hagrid's and Velocicoaster. I would aim to be at the park gate by 6:30am at the latest. Remember the wait to checkin at the hotel and the time it takes to walk/take a boat over. It also depends if you are trying to do both rides during EE. You could probably show up a little closer to 7am, maybe 6:45am, and still not have a big wait for 1 of them. If you are not riding either of these, then I wouldn't worry when you get there, just use Express Pass then.

This isn't exactly what you're asking about, but I would strongly recommend taking the water taxis to get to CityWalk in the morning. I personally prefer to walk along the path because it is so nice and peaceful, but the lines for security screening are MUCH shorter to get onto the boat than the lines to get through security on the pathway.
