What time to do Parking Lots open?

It's been a long enough time for me to totally forget. We rent a car and drive to the parks (other than potentially MK, depending on how our day will go). Can we drive & park for pre-park opening dining reservations?

MK's lot is open virtually 24/7.
(It's entrance is also the road to the MK area resorts, and that lane is open all the time.)

Epcot's and DHS' lots will be open at least a couple of hours before those parks open.

However, DAK's lot is notorious for sometimes not opening until much closer to the parks'
opening (maybe an hour, or so, before "regular hours" opening time.
That lot can be the most problematic for early breakfast reservations and AM EMH arrivals.

Thanks!! I know we've had pre-park Tusker House reservations before, but I guess we've been lucky those times with no troubles.

We've had pre-park open ADRs at both MK and AK and the lots were open around 7 am.
