what time to catch the bus?

what time will i need to catch the bus at POR for an 8:15am ADR at Crystal Palace?

also- if you want to get there for RD what time do you need to catch the bus

The buses to the parks start running at 6:30 AM, so if you want to be there for rope drop then I would try to get on the first one.
