What time to call/book online?

It's been a couple years since we last went to WDW and tomorrow is our 180 days out. I want to book right when ressies open, but I'm not sure when that is. I am in CST (Chicago). Do the phone CMs open same time as the website for booking? What time?

You can book ADR's on-line at 6:00 A.M. EST. The phone lines open one hour later.

However, be forewarned the website can have issues. I ended up calling at 6:45 am Chicago time after trying unsuccessfully online for 30 minutes. (overslept)
