What time to arrive for Concierge PAT at Port Canaveral? (Wish)

I know Concierge is arrive whenever after 11am. But when we did that for a recent Wonder cruise there were hundreds of people ahead of us already.

Is there an actual earliest time we can arrive at Port Canaveral via Uber to be near first on board? (And not get turned away or whatever) New ship and want to maximize time! Otherwise we’re just sitting in a hotel a few minutes away doing nothing. :)

Bonus question - are there things we need to book right away when we get on ship? I saw mention of Hyperspace Lounge. And Rainforest Room. Can Concierge Lounge hosts do all that for us or do we need to line up places?

Thanks!

I believe the earliest PAT at Port Canaveral is 10:30. You should be able to arrive probably 10:15am and enter when the port opens.

The last time we sailed from Port Canaveral, port security stopped us and had us park in a holding area off to the right side and wait until 11 am to enter. At 11 we entered, dropped luggage, went to parking area showed QR code, walked through security and checked in at concierge desk. Other that those that arrived by Disney bus, we were some of the first in the terminal.

We arrived via Uber at 10:10 in March when they required testing at the port before boarding. They let us continue to unload our luggage went for testing, we appeared to be one of the first few. However, everyone was held in the post testing tent until 11 am then we proceeded to the terminal and were held in the concierge area until 11:30 and were on board by noon! We are on the Aug 5th sailing and plan to arrive around 10:15 to do the same except skip testing!

I can now confirm sitting in Concierge lounge waiting to board Fantasy right now. Parking garage opens at 10:15. we went right through checkin and security at 10:45. Haven't started boarding yet at 11:10

As noted above, you can get to the port as early as you like but it won't get you on the ship any earlier. All you'll be doing is sitting in the (nice) concierge waiting area wondering how much longer you'll be there. Once boarding starts, the concierges will bring you onto the ship quickly.

I also wondered about this PAT for Wish being 11am on my check-in form. Concierge PAT on the Dream for our May 30th sailing was 10:15am.

Just off Wish Maiden and we had a PAT of 12:30 and they held us to that! Had to circle or go park somewhere. Would NOT let us park in the parking deck. Which is stupid because if you arrive via taxi, uber, car service you CAN drop your luggage and go on in. They hold you in the terminal until your Boarding Group number is called, we had a BG number of 15 and we didn't get on until around 1:30 or a bit after. Very slow process now with the boarding groups. I am wondering if testing goes away if it go back to the old 'wild west' days of showing up whenever.

As an aside, it doesn't seem very 'green' of Disney having a crap ton of cars circling and idling while waiting for a PAT.

We were also 12:30 PAT. Arrived there almost exactly at that time and had no problem (other than the long line of cars waiting). We were also in BG 15 and waited in the terminal for a while until called. By coincidence we met a couple we have traveled with before and easily passed the time chatting with them before boarding.

As far as the green thing goes, this falls on the guests not Disney. Its the guest responsibility to stick to the PAT.

Now that testing is pretty much gone-- is the WISH concierge boarding any sooner than 11:30? We had planned on arriving at port around 10:15 when parking garage opens. Are there porters to drop our luggage at 10:15? Thanks so much for the info.

We were on the 9/17 Fantasy out of Port Canaveral, and can confirm the time stated that the parking garage opened was 10:15am. However, we pulled up right at 10:15 to drop off our luggage, and there were already at least 30 people ahead of us (I assume also concierge), and were already in the Concierge Lounge area when we got into the port terminal. So, you might want to start trying about 10am.

Yes the porters are there. (section 1 thru 8 are for drop off) The nice lounge now offers the free drinks and while sitting in the lounge, we made reservations for the Star Wars lounge.
