My family has tickets to see Star Wars Episode VII at the El Capitan theater on a Saturday night. I understand there are exhibits of props and costumes from the move, a laser show before the movie, as well as the organist playing. This will be our first and possibly only visit to the El Capitan as we're from out of town so I want to make sure we see and experience things.
How far in advance should we get to the theater? I know we'll park at the Hollywood and Highland complex and will need to budget time for driving there, parking, and walking over, but when should we arrive at the theater to be able to take it all in without rushing, but no so early that we'll be sitting and waiting around while my kids and parents complain about why I made them show up so far in advance?
Thanks to anyone out there that has any advice.
