We want to have lunch at Sci-Fi, but we also want to make the 1:00 showing of the stunt show? I'm assuming we may have to wait a little to get seated - so would I be safe with 11:30? Or should I go for 11:00?

I would make it for as early as you can get. That way you won't worry. Better to be in line early for LMA, then sitting at SciFi waiting for your check!!

Please make sure you make it for the first opening they have. If you do that you will get seated pretty quickly. If you wait then you will probably have to wait for a table. Plus it can take a little while to eat and I'm assuming the 1pm show will fill up quick.
