What time should I make the dinner reservations

So at last I got Le Cellier for lunch at 1 pm. I also have dinner reservations at 7:15 pm at a resturant in EPCOT.

Is that too early for dinner after a big lunch, Let me know What time think would be best.

I have eaten at Le Cellier at lunch and then a table service at dinner around 7pm, no problems. I would warn though, that every single time I have eaten at LC they have always been late (my dinner reservaton I was seated an hour late). At lunch I have only been kept about 15minutes late so you should be fine. Great job getting LC reservations for lunch.
