What time of day does the 500 day booking window open?

I understand that the booking window opens up at 500 days but what time in the morning does that window open? Cast members seem to only be able to tell me what time the phone reservation team begins accepting phone calls but I’m talking about booking online (ie similar to the 6am EST ADR window).

We are trying to book a stay for December 2023 and the room we want is of limited quantity. Trying to give myself the best shot at getting the reservation I’m looking for on the days we would like to go.
