Dmickey28 - give yourself a short term goal. Say you are going to workout and be good for 2 weeks. See how you feel and look in 2 weeks, I guarantee you'll feel better about yourself and want to continue.
You have to want it bad enough to sacrifice things that keep you at home or things you like to eat. I can't explain it, something just clicks and you say "I'm going to do it" instead of "I have to do it".
I wish I would have been in better shap for my wedding. I really do look back on those pictures with a little regret that I didn't look my best. You'll look at those pictures for the rest of your life, your grandchildren will too.
