What Time of Day Do You Workout?

Do you workout in the morning, afternoon...ect?

How long do you workout for?
 
Im a definite morning person!

Week day mornings I ab crunch about 5:10-5:20am, and jog from 5:25-5:55am. I try to get a walk in with the kids, usually before 11:00, but depending on whats going on for the day, sometimes I dont go until about 1:00.

Saturdays I ab crunch around 6:45, jog around 7:00am

Sundays I just jog, usually around 7:30.
 
I've just really started working out. Definately a morning person. I've been doing the treadmill at 5:10 - usually for 20-25 minutes. Starting slow.
 

Night----after the little guy is in bed, so around 9 I either go to the gym or a 2-3 mile walk. I try to do this 4-5 times a week.
 
I workout in the afternoon after work. I usually do 30-45 minutes of cardio and then some weights.
 
Go to gym at 6:30 AM to lift weights for 30 minutes. Then at 4:30 pm walk 2 miles with DH....on weekdays. :Pinkbounc

I work out at night, for at least an hour, I want to do mornings but like to relax and drink coffee to much then
 
i keep putting off working out.................
but have enjoyed reading about the energetic people here

my workout plans are always this- maybe tomorrow.
 
Would prefer to do it in the morning but can never seem to get out of bed early enough. Usually work out after work, 30 minutes swimming.

I'm sorry did you mention work out? Really I use to in the evening, but I haven't in months and it's starting to show.
 
My workout partner is sooo good to me! He came over at 4am to workout with me.

We use to just workout whenever we could fit it in..if I needed a break from the kids..or the yoga class was going on after.

But I am up at 4am..so I figured why not try it. He was 10 minutes late...but it was a really good workout!

I just hope he isnt too tired to get up again. That is the best time so far for me!
 
Weekdays: Lunchtime, 45 minutes.

On the weekends I may go rollerblading or for a run, but I have a strict rule for my weekends, family fun takes precedence. :)
 
Lately? Half past never. :p :p :p

I really do have to start working out again -- finding the time, that's a different story.
 
After work - 6:00 - 7:00 pm

My routine varies - usually 35 minutes of cardio and then lifting and abs. If I am in a hurry I'll just do cardio, some abs and then hit the road.
 
Mornings. From 9:00-11:00am on weekdays. I do a Step-Interval class on M & F and Body Pump on T & Th. On Wed I use the treadmill or elliptical and free weights.
I just added sat mornings because I am learning to Spin so I am in a Beginners Spin class. It is soooo hard but fun!!

Same here ::yes::
 
Tues & Thursday from 5:30 to 6:45 -- cardio for 40-45 minutes (bike or elliptical) and then weights.

Saturday -- time varies -- cardio for 60 minutes, then weights.

Sunday night and sometimes Wednesday night -- 40 minutes of stretching yoga
 
In the afternoon, todays a cardio day so I'll spend my workout today on the stairclimber or a bike.
