What time is online check-in on your date?

Our travel agent said it was midnight ET on our date. Is that correct?

You can log into the DCL site just before midnight, but do not log into your reservation until 00.00 internet time. ( Eastern USA).

DISNEY FANTASY, what if its our first time doing this? I cant access the Castaway club (your first arrow example) as I dont have a number yet until I take my first cruise. How would the process be then?

you can go to https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/, click "planning center" at the upper right, then "my online check-in", and log in using your email, password, reservation number, and birthday. this is assuming you have a disney online account set up already.

You can log in that way at any time to check on your reservation. It gives you a countdown and lots other information. Then on your check-in day use it for that. You can download a pre-arrival guide from here also.

Hope I dont sound like a complete idiot, but still havent gone on my first cruise so I'm going to ask it anyways....What is a "pre-arrival" guide? We obviously will need this?

You don't need it, but it's nice to have and fun to look at. It has your all your reservation information, itinerary and other info. If you have booked excursions it will show those. It has a packing list, info on transportation and other stuff. If you've been on the boards a lot, you probably know most of the general info. You can download it and/or print it. As I said before if you go to "My Reservation" it will be there.
