What time is "Lunch" served until?

At most of the better restaurants throughout disney, does anyone know what time the lunch menu is used until? Someone suggested a great way to save money is to eat a later breakfast, then a later lunch, but I wasn't sure what time the menus changed...

If you can buy yourself a Passporter guide book, it has the restaurant hours listed. Some of the better resort restaurants aren't open for lunch, but many of the park restaurants are.

Some are open continually, but others close at around 3:30-4pm and open back up at 5pm.

Anyway, pick up a Passporter!!!!!

And you are right - much cheaper to do lunch.
