Ohhh...Sue, I think the Northeast is on a roll. We had friends here last night from Boston. They said LAST year at this time it had already SNOWED in New England. So let's hope you all do not have a repeat winter like last winter!!!!

I sure hope your right, they say we had a mild November. Sometimes when we do our winters are mild too.

Kar, it is definitely cold. Cold for Central Texas, at least. On Friday, our high is only 39 with a low of 25. 70% chance of rain with snow mixed in. It's hard to believe that we had temps in 110s just a few months ago.

Right now, it's 10:56 am and 40 degrees. It was supposed to snow a little today but it doesn't look like that's gonna happen.

Oh bother, Kerrie, having lived my whole life in New England that is what would happen to us all the time. The weatherman MIGHT say SNOW and then everyone goes CRAZY.....hitting up the supermarket for every last loaf of bread, milk, etc etc Everyone flocks to Home Depot to make sure they have their shovels and their ice melt.....etc etc. I would get so caught up in it, overly worrying AND THEN we would get barely a dusting.

But it is funny to go from reading all your summer intensely HOT temps and now the possibility of snow!!!!
