I think that's the coolest its been in awhile! It should still get into the upper 90s, but we might avoid the 100s today. Tomorrow, back to hot and dry.

On the news last night, they said we've hit 100 20 days out of the last 3 1/2 weeks (more here, I think, since Austin got rain a few times that we didn't). The normal average is 12 100 degree days in a summer, and we are already at 20 with a lot of summer left.

The rain is gone. Apparently, it is in Houston cause my SIL called and said they've gotten 3 1/2 inches today. I told her to send it back, we only got a trace. We really need the rain. Back to the same.
