Morning! I am back from vacation, sorry I thought I told you all! We went to Punta Cana last week, what a great time and the weather was soooooo nice!


It's 1:21p and 35 degrees here in Nashua now! Not the 83 I had yesterday but it's ok for here I guess

8:20a and it's a beautiful morning here. Sun is out, but very, very cold. Probably wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't so windy. Current temp is 21 with a wind chill bringing it down to 8.

Much cooler today than last week. We were in the 30s when I first got up. Now it is 9:31 and we are sitting at 42 degrees.

Sue, we had 5 days of intense rain that flooded much of CA. We had winds that were in excess of 50mph, we had mudslides, hail, thunder and lightening.... And if that was not bad enough on Tuesday, we were hit with a TORNADO. I actually spent close to an hour in one of our walk-in closets. The tv kept scrolling that emergency weather alert constantly to get to a safe location away from breaking windows and glass. Disneyland and Legoland were flooded to the point of being closed. No one was believing this was CA weather at all.

I am so glad you and your family had a wonderful time in Punta Cana last week. Must have been a lovely break from New England weather.

Well the clouds have all moved in to SoCal and rain is in the forecast for tomorrow.

We had a great time, Thumper! We went to Punta Cana, not WDW this time. Needed to go somewhere warmer!

I got some sad news yesterday afternoon, my dog is sick. While we were on vacation my DD found some lumps on him. She took him to the vet yesterday for me, the vet said it looks like Lymphoma. She is sending a sample to a lab to make sure, but she says to her that's what it looks like.
Freckles is only 9yrs old.

It is 9:35 and about 40 degrees and very sunny. Not too bad if the furnace was working. Getting replaced as we talk. Not what we planned to spend our money on this year so I guess not surprise trip to DW like last year.

It's 9:59a. Slightly overcast, and still breezy. Current temp is 22, wind chill making only 7. Supposed to rain/snow tomorrow night into Thursday.

Supposed to get a huge storm Thursday with freezing rain and 8-12 inches of snow.

I got some sad news yesterday afternoon, my dog is sick. While we were on vacation my DD found some lumps on him. She took him to the vet yesterday for me, the vet said it looks like Lymphoma. She is sending a sample to a lab to make sure, but she says to her that's what it looks like. Freckles is only 9yrs old.

Ohhh, Sue, I am so sorry to hear this about your pooch. My good friend in Foxboro, Ma, just went through this with her pooch.The vet actually did surgery on Ginger and removed the lumps....so if it is lymphona, there is that option, I am guessing. Keep us updated on Freckles!
