What time for Tusker House Breakfast?

We are going to AK on a day with now EMH for morning. We want to do the Safari first thing. What time should I make my ADR at the Tusker House Breakfast??

I am new to this and not sure of time expectancies for the Safari ride.

Any info is greatly appreciated!

A lot of diser's head to the safari or EE 1st thing. If AK opens at 8 that morning I would do the safari first and have your ADR set for Tusker House around 9.

hours after the park opens to be safe. Animal Kingdom is very large. The safari is located in the back of the park and the restaurant is toward the front so you'll be walking across the entire park twice.

Last summer we went to rope drop at DAK and probbaly 75%-80% headed to Expedition Everst. Most of the rest headed for the safari. The ride itself takes some time and if you have to wait in line you could spend 45 minutes at the ride.

Tusker House is like, 30 feet before the safari entrance so you won't be walking back and forth. Once off the safari, it'll take you a minute to get to the restaurant.

Thanks for the info....I wasn't sure how long of a wait there will be at the safari first thing....but I guess if I plan for a later breakfast I should be good!

We had 9:30 breakfast reservations at Tusker House. I jogged down and picked up fast passes for the Safari right after we checked in. By the time we were done with our meal it was time for our FP. Worked out great!
